Took Heather on the San Juaquin River Gorge trail. Mostly walked the 4 miles up to the top, but there was still some effort in getting to the top. We were both a little spent. I climbed using my middle chainring and middle cog. Trying to get ready for riding a single speed, it's hard. There's a couple steep/rocky sections that I could probably have ridden in a lower gear but maxed out and lost my momentum, instead.
