Fastest I've ever been. Everett was riding his bike while I ran. I started the pace hard, shooting for an 8 minute mile pace. All I wanted was to be under 40 minutes. I may have pushed a little too hard, as my quads are dying, and Heather and I are supposed to go rock climbing tonight, but it felt good to push so hard. New PR today.
