Oof. A long run, but I certainly didn't feel too good towards the end. Had to will myself to finish. I did 1.5 miles more than the training plan I am using suggested for today. Probably a little too much, but I do want to do a bit more than the plan, which will only have me reaching 12 miles the week before my half-marathon. I am aiming to hit 13 two weeks before, then back off a bit the next week before tapering the final week.
