Pushed my self decently. Had a bad week (i.e. only ran today), but my class is over so I hope to run consistently next week. The temperature dropped a bit today, but the sun was out in full force, which made for an uncomfortable run (made a little worse by the slight sunburn I had on my legs). Nevertheless, I stayed out for a good distance and didn't cut the run short.
