Notes
Felt decent, probably a little too early in the morning to feel great. New shoes did well, no foot pain to speak of (though the toes did feel a little cramped, so I hope the shoes loosen up). Ran early today because it's my first day of work at Riskmetrics (for my Co-op), and I don't have to be in until 9:30am. It'll be too dark to run after work/dinner.
