Easy 4.4 miles to track (9:58 average pace)
5 x 1600 on track @ 8:22, 8:12, 8:37 (oops!), 8:19, and 8:22
Jogged one lap in between each 1600
Easy 2.1 miles home (10:17 average pace)
Track work was comfortably hard, mile 4 was hardest, then managed mile 5.
Hot sunny day- 74 degrees
Didn't bring water- figured I'd drink from the fountain at the track but it was off due to construction :(
Overall, hard...but felt good.
