Intervals on the treadmill....1 mile warmup at 10 min/mile then 2 mins at 8 min/mile pace, 2 min easy, 3 mins at 8 min/mile, 2 min easy...until fast intervals are 5 min @ 8 min pace. 10 min recovery, then repeat for total of 8 miles
