5x300/200s. Goal pace for 300s was 60-64, for 200s was 35-38.

Was listening to music through first two sets, potentially the third? Hard to get my head in the game. Lansdowne HS track was pretty bad.

BUT! Got my head in the game a little more in the third set, and fully in the fourth and fifth sets, and I think the time drops speak for themselves. Actually feeling like my speed has come back a decent bit, and happy with the fact that I could get my head in the game and finish the full workout when I came onto the track to at least get one set in. AND first workout since basically start of winter break without sore calves.
