Notes

Workout in 20+ wind gusts, really tough workout that I took set by set at the third set to get through, grateful to God for the mental spunk to finish the whole thing. Not completely satisfied, but I think the interval times are not bad coming off a break and going into the wind with a solo effort. Not ashamed to give these results to Coach because I think he will see the same reasoning. Gotta get to sharpening that speed again because it was certainly the first thing to go. Shout out to the older lady who walked around a mile during the third and fourth sets, especially as the sun came out a good bit, which gave me someone to run "for" in a sense, but also someone to practice passing as if it was a slowing competitor if she was within the repeat about to be run. Could catch her from pretty far back (no duh), but still a good feeling to practice working hard for and getting.
