Notes

Legs were not great, so I biked instead of running, plus was not excited to run in snow (worried about slippery conditions--got myself out there and got over it on Friday, but I think cross-training was a good move for my body today). Goal will be to turn this time into at least a 45min run next week before making it a solid 60min distance run as scheduled after that, depending on how body does with putting workouts a day closer together/adding a third workout the week after next week.
