Cooldown after Diplomat Open 5k--shins hurt from turns. Asked Coach to take off through Tuesday, although to pool on Tues. Coach has me taking off through Thursday w/pool workouts, some casual running. Parent drama went down on Sunday, 12/3, so that mix of things has made this week of interesting, for sure.
