1600 @xc race pace, 1200@3k pace, 800@3k pace, 400@mile pace 400m recoveries

the first two intervals, I had 4-5lbs of extra clothing on, which affected the time. Also, the entire workout was plagued by wind gusts strong enough to push me onto the infield. Got it done.
