Notes

Felt pretty good. Increased pace as the run went on, eventually getting down to about 8:05 pace for the last half mile or so.

Ironically, I think treadmill running is better for my calves than running outside, though most of my outdoor running is on sidewalks and asphalt, so I guess it shouldn't be that surprising.
