Ran about 2.5 miles on some crazy country roads outside of Campile, Ireland, from our rented house on Fruit Hill. Had to dive into some shrubbery 3-4 times as traffic coming around the curves couldn't see me and there was literally no shoulder.
Calves were still wicked tight.
