Notes
These are the days that were made for running. Sunny, 55 degrees. Spectacular! Today, I didn't even miss the pups on the trail. There was a great breeze and I had great music.
First mile clocked a bit longer than I would have liked, but got stuck at 2 long traffic lights.
Only took a 10 step walk break at the turn around, thought about walking a couple of the hills, but talked myself out of it and ended up running straight through other than the traffic stops. Only got stuck at 1 of the 2 lights on the way back.
Great effort after P90X3 Accelerator this morning :)
