Running with Apex is an adventure! Mile 1 9:39 pace - right on !
Mile 2 - 3 doggie encounters he did awesome, but we had to pause and evaluate our range 12:31
Mile 3 - Apex decided he needed several pause rest breaks which I found especially funny since he was all about going faster during miles 1 and 2 lol
