Feeling awesome about today's 4 mile run. Did take some short walk breaks, but ran 1 mile straight through with no cross streets no doggy poop breaks (ran from office so no puppies with me) at a 9 minute pace. Even with traffic stops, and walk breaks here and there, clocked an average 10:20 pace.
