Notes
I stayed home from school today with a sore throat and a heavy, congested feeling in my chest. My body feels sore and achy also. I went to the doctor this morning and got antibiotics. I am glad I got a run in, but I didn't feel very good doing it. The warmer weather made me feel like I was overheating.
