Augustana Invite. I cramped bad a mile in so I didn't feel very good the rest of the way. I purposely went out slow and picked up the second half. I know I can run much faster once I get used to the distance and race in cooler weather. Saw Mono, Ginnell, Claire, Amanda, Joel and Mike.
