Notes

I had a lot of fun on this, we went at a pace where I wasn't struggling and I felt really good while getting a solid tempo in. Splits were 5:30-5:25-5:15-32. I would like to do this type of workout more often, I feel like it would really help. Most fun I've had running for a long time.
