Once again, it snows before I attempt a long run. Once again, the snow destroys the long run. This time, there were only a few inches but it covered up all the ice from the previous snow falls. My knee hurt after 4, so I decided to pack this one in a bit early, only doing 8.7 instead of a planned 14. The ice did add to the degree of dificulty, so this counts as a quality workout. However, another missed chance to get a decent long run in. Marathon next month is going to be fun.
