This was our workout. My group had to run for ten minutes at T pace. I thought it went pretty well. I think the only thing that really bothered me was my breathing. I honestly had a hard time breathing during this workout and I had a lot of mucus in my throat too, but overall I thought it went great and I thought I stayed in a pretty good pace.
