This was a good workout today for 1ks. Coach put me up in Tryton's group and it went very well! We all communicated with each other to make sure we stay on pace and we did for the most part. I think the only downfall for me in this workout was that my legs were really tight. I'll make sure to keep them stretched out and hopefully be ready for Saturday.
