Notes
Great race today. I was honestly a little nervous before the race due to me not having a good time last year with it, but no it was a great day today. We had a great pack the whole way through and I'm proud that we all stuck together until the end. I will admit I screamed at them a lot throughout the race, but I was just trying to be motivational and keep them going. I may have to tone it down for next time though because I got a little side cramp on the last lap, but we got through it just fine.
Overall though got a 33.5 second PR, which is awesome! Hoping to drop my time more and more this season.
