This a nice day to run. Other than something going on with my hip, everything else was great! It was pretty warm (for my standards) and actually ended up running shirtless. Crazy right? I guess with me doing a lot of ice baths back in my day I've become pretty used to the cold......I've become immortal.....but....not really......well maybe. I've been told that being a twin you get special properties such as twin telepathy, but I wonder if being immortal is one of them. Ohmygosh, with me finding out this information, me and Cole will finally be able to dominate the UNIVERSE AND NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO STOP US!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Okay, I'm done with this little charade...for now!! Overall, it was a good workout!
