Workout: 800@T, 3x200@R, 350.150,80 FBC, light strides
This went a lot better than I expected it to. 200 reps were fine, but was not confident in myself with the 350, so I stuck myself in the back. Hannah talked to me afterward and said "you look a lot faster than you think." This oddly got me out of my head and had some really fast 150 and 80 reps. Felt good overall, but I gotta start believing in myself.
