Notes

did 4 800s at 3:24 pace and then a 400 after each one for recovery. pace felt really fast and the wind made the workout really hard. I died on the last one but sometimes i just start breathing like that and its hard for me to stop and my foot was also really bothering me and i dont know why. i also drank like zero water today so that was probably my issue lol i can kinda sorta feel my legs again now hahha
