Notes
today was a track workout and we did 4x400 at 1:46 pace but for the last two we sped up to 1:38 pace. we also did a mile warm up and cool down. it was super windy on the track but my legs felt pretty good today i just kind of felt weak lol but not really sore and it was a good run. also shoutout to poor annie who is know sicko mode we miss u bae
also I think this workout was 4 miles for me but not positive
