Notes

this was the first practice of spring break so there were only 8 of us and we did a track workout. we did a mile warmup and mile cooldown and did a ladder it went 200, 300, 400, 600, 400, 300, 200. my time weren't bad it was 50, 1:15, 1:40 and I hit them every time except for maybe going a few seconds to fast on some of them. felt good for this workout tho and wasn't really that sore and it felt good to go fast! hate the wind on the track tho
