we ran the frontage road againnnnn but it was actually not bad at all my legs felt pretty good and we kept a pretty good pace the whole time. my calves were a little sore from the meet i think i def need to stretch more. we also did 6 strides after the run in the parking lot which felt pretty good to it felt good to go fast!!!!!!!! I didn't have very good times the last meet but im hoping once we can get outside more and on the outdoor track it will feel better
