Notes

Splits were 6:03, 5:57, and 5:49. Felt really strong and probably could have pushed harder throughout the workout but after the last tempo being a fairly dismal workout i just wanted to stay consistent. Had some nice hills thrown into the mix. Gonna go run at club time and try and put in a 4 mile double perhaps.
