Workout was:
1600 - 5:28
1000 - 3:22
800 - 2:42
600 - 1:55
400 - 1:15
200 - 36,34,33,31
200 jog in between.
Hamstring hurt on the 800 and 600 so I backed off a bit and let Will go. Didn't really feel like a hard workout but ended up getting decent splits. Legs still sort of sore from the race I think. Probably wont double, take tomorrow easy ish and be prepared to get buttraped by thursday. The workout went by really fast and I feel like I didn't have to hammer down anything to stay on target. Most of the moving time was probably 5:20 pace.
