Pretty meh workout. Felt like my legs started on Empty and it was just tough to get a good workout in when I was sore and tired.
Was really nice to have Mac there. I would have been sad to be eatin dick on my lonesome. Should have been a little smarter this week and taken an uber-easy day. Ice bath tonight. Legs are really really sore.
Not taking this workout results too hard and I'm not worried, I just gotta have a chill day or two to get my legs back under me.
