5 Reps at Oakland. Did 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off, then finished the last one with Will.

Felt pretty good, first time doing oakland but I think I definitely got a good burn from it. 2 on 1 off was a good recovery but maybe a little too much. Either way glad I went and got a solid last big-ish workout in before regionals
