Solo workout but felt pretty easy. Started out fairly slow and relaxed and then tried to drop it down more. Second half of the 2k felt easy still and I feel like I wasn't trying to blow any doors down until the last 400. Even then it felt more like I was just trying to maintain my form. 4's and 2's felt easy as well.
Good tune up after a long weekend and kind of a stressful day getting back into the grove of work+school. Looking forward to leaving it all on the field this saturday.
