Airport loop with cutoff back to state for some abs (no lifting gotta find a better time where people aren't there). Pace was off of pats watch but it def felt way faster towards the end I'd say we were for sure around 6:45 and I don't think the warm up should have impacted it that much. Oh well felt good to get a decent amount of mileage (compared to weekly goal of 40) in without much difficulty
