Felt pretty conservative on these. Third rep was probably a tad fast but that's okay. Felt lactic on the first rep but pushed through and ended up outlasting a few of the guys. Hurled on numero sept right before finishing but felt so much better for the last one. This is goal race pace for the season so it was nice to hit that in a workout.
