5x1k with 200 walk/jog for 3:00 rest. Last 2 with spikes.
Felt like shit on the warmup, like I've been feeling since regionals lol. Started the workout and felt a lot better but still a tiny bit restricted in my stride but honestly I might have forgotten how to run faster on the track. All in all good workout and really happy it went well. Got out on a good pace like I usually do in races then pulled back and relaxed on the second. Then kept dropping it down. Last one kinda sad I didn't break 3:00 but the pace still felt manageable.
