Ran the first 3.5 miles with T and then split off - basically the same route I used for the 18 mile long run last weekend. Need to plan better if I'm going to run portions with T, ran mile 16 uphill that threw off my overall average pace and HR average. Still kicked this runs ass even if I didn't eat enough before the run and ate it too early. Bottom line though - one 20 miler down, 2 to go until Toledo.
