5/3 River Bank Run 25k.
Goal was to see how long I could hold my HM goal pace (9:15-9:30). Went out easy the first 2.4 miles and then treated it as a HM. Had to stop twice - once for a bathroom break, once for shoe retying (need to figure out the swifts).
Feel like I executed well today.
Oh, and it's a new PR.
Breaking out the last 13.1 miles gives me a HM time of 2:06:21
