2 easy, 2x10 min tempo (2), 40 minutes easy, 20 minutes tempo, easy miles home.
First two tempo portions felt good 8:50, 8:52 pace. Although the rain really soaked me on the second. When I turned around at the 20 minute mark of the easy portion realized I'd be doing the remainder of the run into the wind. Not ideal. 9:13 pace for the 20 minute tempo segment with probably 15 of that into the wind.
May be adjusting my goal for Bayshore to breaking 2 hours (and honestly if I don't make some progress that might be a struggle).
