Notes
An aborted interval workout - supposed to be 5x600m at 5k pace, with 90 second recovery jog. Since on the TM I was planning on going 3 minutes at pace with 90 second rest, however legs didn't have it today and I felt like I was going to be shot off the back of the TM so I pulled the plug. I should be able to get this workout in tomorrow at school since both hoops games are away.
