5x1000 at AQ. 2 mile warm-up and 2 mile cool-down. Goal was between 4:45-5:00 for each 1000m. Hit everyone. Didn't feel like I was running all that fast, but I could tell I was working/hurting by the last one.

Also realized that my mood was better all day long and I think I owe that to the run.
