Nice easy run with Tonya. Windy and cold, but we managed to make it out there and log some miles - for her it was her long run. I'd originally planned on doing my long run today but too many beers last night meant that wasn't going to happen. It's going to be a struggle to get my long run in tomorrow outside but I'll get those miles done.
