2 easy + 2x12 min tempo (8:29, 8:27) + 10 miles (10:13 pace) + 15 min tempo (9:00 - was supposed to be 20 but I had nothing left in the tank) + enough miles to get my tired ass home.
Longest run I've ever done and I feel pretty good afterwards. 52 miles for the week - a new high mark for me as well.
