Terrain: Asphalt
Notes: Found a quiet neighborhood to do intervals in. Its a figure-8 shape with gradual turns, no traffic, and the only semi-flat landscape in town.
OH yeah... the big loop is EXACTLY 1000m and the small loop is EXACTLY 600m, which means I can do 600m, 1000m, 1 mile, or 2 mile intervals quite elegantly.
Yes, things like this make me happy.
