Was planning on doing this workout in the morning but aborted because i did not feel good at all. Didn't feel great on attempt #2 either but toughed it out for a solid run. Don't remember the splits but every mile was between 5:53 and 6:00. 32 laps on the track seems like a little overkill but I have done these 8 mi tempos before and wanted to get some feedback on my current fitness.
Despite a few excuses I can come up with, this actually was a decent run and I'm happy with it
