I was happy with this for a first real workout (ie actually timed and measured tempo run). I had a general goal of averaging 5:50- 6:00 so that turned out to be accurate. I deliberately kept myself from hammering it too hard at the end and instead just focused on maintaining tempo and trying to run as comfortably as possible.
