6.1 mi hilly 48:15 (7:55 pace) Felt terrible at the beginning... seeing spots
6.1 mi hilly 43:38 (7:10 pace) same loop, felt much better
1.1 mi to road loop
6.0 mi @ marathon pace on pretty flat road loop (6:19, 6:12, 6:18, 6:14, 6:17, 6:24)
1.0 mi c/d home
I did this workout 2 weeks ago and ran the mp section in 6:45-6:25, so this was a marked improvement. Part of that was probably better weather conditions, but I may actually be getting in decent shape as well.
