Ides of March alumni 10 mile
All in all it was a good experience. Reggie and I ran spot-on 6:00 pace together for about 5.5 miles, then I was able to build a little from there. I felt strong the whole way but couldn't seem to get my legs out of "tempo mode." My quads and hamstrings were cold which probably played a part in that.
59:07 is pretty encouraging I suppose, considering it felt closer to a tempo run than a race. Actually, this may be a 10 mile PR for me now that I think about it... Great workout!
